A quarterly membership breakfast open to the general membership (and guests) at 7:15am on the last Thursday of the quarter.  Brief updates from represented governmental agencies are given; new members and first time attendees are introduced.  The sponsoring business is given the opportunity to make a presentation about their business/organization.  Sponsors are encourage to provide small door prizes.
