Describe the issues, activities or events which were completed by the nominee during the last 12 (twelve) months. Activities should not normally be of duration of over two (2) years. The standards of commitment will be used also in evaluating nominees.

The Community Builder Award recognizes Chamber members who play an active role in the community. Guidelines for nominees for the Community Builder Award are as follows:

1. Currently a Chamber member and business in the Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce

2. Have been in business a minimum of 3 years

3. Take an active role in the community

4. Present a positive image of Ottawa Deadline for nomination – COB Monday, December 18, 2023
